Summary: Staff service stood out. Shower was a little tired looking and my grandson said that the bottom of the swimming pool was so chipped it hurt his foot. Price was reasonable

Summary: Hotel is no where near worth what we payed for it. The hotel showes alot of sign of needing renovations. Doors are chipped, shower drain was clogged, and one of the rooms we got had a mildew smell. Worst was the customer service we received when we attemted to check in, employee showed dismissiveness towards our issues and directed us to call hotels.com without trying to further investigate the issue that was on their end.

Summary: Best part of the hotel is the two dinner options. Yes, two restaurants attached to the hotel. One casual and one more upscale but casual attire is okay.

Summary: The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I did notice some water damage in the ceiling of the bathroom, along with some curling of the wallpaper and the bathroom door would not lock. All minor problems but probably should be addressed.

Summary: The staff were nice, and checked us in and out with ease. However, the condition of our room was not the best, especially for the cost of the room. The shower was absolutely awful! The shower head only allowed a minimal amount of water out. It was hard to shower and the bathroom sink was clogged/drained slowly, so washing hands and brushing teeth was a pain. The shower curtain smelled of mildew I used almost my full bottle of spray to dissipate the smell. Since we were there visiting friends we got back to the room late, so I didn’t inform staff then but did when checking out. The bathroom was just really run down. Also, the bed was way too soft and was so difficult to sleep on I was up half the night.

Summary: Just stayed one night. Room was clean and looked newly updated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety.

Summary: Overall the hotel was nice. Easy check in, room looked clean. I did notice no fan/vent in the bathroom so mirror fogged up quickly. The AC vent in the bathroom hadn’t been clean in a long time…ugh. Food at the restaurant was very good! Funny how the ice machines are on 1st and 3rd floors only.
